The Playful Plush Cat Toy is our pick for a cat who likes to kick and pounce on their own. It is a flat plush made from polyester mesh and printed fabric with a canvas back, and it has a removable catnip pouch so you can refresh or remove the catnip. The Cherry is 4.5 × 5 inches and the MTA 3.5 × about 4.5 inches. Wild One says it is for cat play only and to supervise your cat.
Why we like it
- A removable catnip pouch gives you control over the catnip.
- A flat shape that cats can grip and kick.
- A low price with two designs.
Keep in mind
Wild One says it is for cats only, not a children's toy, and to supervise play to prevent swallowing small parts. Spot clean it, or remove the catnip pouch and hand wash. Like any plush, durability depends on how your cat plays.
Who it’s for
Cats who like kicking toys with their back feet. The removable pouch suits cats who do not react to catnip.

Built for kicking
Many cats grab a toy and rabbit-kick it. A flat plush is the right shape for that, and Wild One designed this one for kicking, pouncing and solo play.
Catnip on your terms
The catnip is in a pouch you can remove. That means you can refresh it, take it out for washing or remove it altogether for cats who do not respond.
