The Disposable Litter Box is our pick for a cat on the move or in a short-term situation. It is a high-density corrugated cardboard tray with a waterproof inner coating, made from about 90% cardboard and 10% plastic coating, that PANDAJIN says lasts roughly two to three weeks depending on your cat. It is lightweight and folds flat, so it suits travel, hotels, vet visits, post-surgery recovery, fostering and backup. It comes in five sizes from 15.75 × 11.81 × 5.91 inches up to 19.69 × 18.11 × 13.78 inches. Litter is not included.
Why we like it
- No scrubbing: replace the box when it is dirty.
- A flat-pack, lightweight box for trips and vet visits.
- Five sizes cover kittens to large cats.
Keep in mind
It is a short-term product, roughly two to three weeks according to PANDAJIN, and it contains about 10% plastic coating. Litter and accessories are sold separately. The page shows both a 15-day and a 30-day return window, so check the policy before ordering.
Who it’s for

A box you do not wash
Cleaning a plastic litter box is a chore. A disposable box is a short-term alternative: fill it with litter, scoop as usual and replace it when it is time.
When it makes sense
PANDAJIN lists travel, hotels, camping, vet visits, post-surgery recovery, kitten training, fostering and emergency backup. For a long-term setup, a reusable box is better value.
